Oh, such a lovely loaf of bread. This one looks and tastes like my late mom's long-lost oatmeal bread recipe. Additionally, I love all of the common-sense tips this site gives to bread bakers as well as the scientific answers given to age-old questions. I always read every word in a King Arthur recipe and I never fail to learn something new even though I've been baking bread for 50 years. Thank you so much for your recipes and your products.
