I've made this three times successfully with a recently inherited bread machine, and it's been a huge hit! I'm ready to start experimenting. If I wanted to change the flours to 2 parts bread flour, 1 part whole wheat, how would that affect the liquid ratio? Also, can I add flax seeds or sesame seeds at the beginning, or should they be treated as fruits/nuts and added during final kneading?
