Hi Janice, We're so happy you love this recipe. Check out our blog post, Reducing a recipe, for all the details on how to figure out which pan to use. I'm not sure there is a good loaf pan to fit 2 loaves. You may need to adjust the recipe to fit in the loaf pan(s) you have. I hope that makes sense and happy baking!
