Jeanne Marie Dauray August 3, 2020 at 1:22pm Want to use this recipe with my Pullman loaf pan, however, I only have the 16 inch/2 lb loaf Pullman pan. Should I just double this recipe or should I only increase it by 80%? I don't want to overflow the pan nor do I want a shallow loaf. Reply
