I just made these, except I used 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons of whole wheat flour instead of one of the cups of regular flour. I happen to have the hamburger bun pan, and used that as it's just me eating my baked goods right now. They turned out great, and the bun size is perfect for the freezer.
