I see butter on the ingredients list, but I'm not sure if it is supposed to be melted and combined with the other ingredients when mixing everything together at the beginning, or if that's the butter you brush on at the end? I assume it's the former, but I'm making my first loaf of yeast bread, so I want to be sure...thank you!
