Good question, Kathy! While oat flour is not a good substitute for bread flour overall, you could substitute up to half a cup of the bread flour in this recipe with oat flour for extra oaty flavor, if you wanted. You will still need the bread flour to provide enough structure to keep the loaf standing tall under the weight of the added oats, though. Happy baking!
