It is easy to make and the result is amazing. The instructions are detailed, cleared and very well presented.
I followed the recipe step by step. After the dought completed the first rise, I added some cranberries as suggested.
Also, when the second rise was completed, brush the mixture all over the top crust with a mixture of one egg white, 1 tablespoon of water plus a little of sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle with rolled oats. I loved the consistency, the taste is supper and the loaf of bread look beautiful. For sure, I will be making this recipe again.
