I would love to make this in my pain de mie pan, however I only have the 13" one. Seeing that it is about 50% larger than the 9" pan, will I be OK if I increase the recipe 50%? Last time I tried to make something larger to fit the pain de mie pan, I had bread dough coming out of the pan everywhere...
