Another great KAF recipe! Question: I like to substitute oil for solid fat (butter, et al) when possible, and I do that for many of your bread recipes. It seems to work when the shortening is no more than 1/4 cup. So, can I do that with this bread -- vegetable oil instead of butter or other solid shortening?
