Thank you for your request to share more info on folding mix-ins into bread dough, Monica! We've shared it with our blog team for future consideration. In the meantime, feel free to use the method you used in your other recipes. If the raisins you're using are particularly hard and dry, you can soak them in hot water to plump them up first, drain, pat dry, and then add them at the end of mixing. The soaking step should prevent them from leaching too much moisture from the dough.
