Hi Joyce, for yeast breads, bake at the same temperature recommended in the recipe, and remove the lid about 15 minutes before the end of the designated bake time. This will allow the loaf to finish browning and you can keep an eye on it and look for the normal signs of doneness. Timing may vary a bit, but it should be close to the original baking time. With cake recipes, bake at the same temperature and start checking for doneness at the lower end of the recommended baking time for a bundt cake, and then reset the timer from there. Look for the same signs that the cake is fully baked as you would when baking in a bundt pan.
