Hi Elizabeth! While the Pullman pan isn't the first pan we think of when working with rolls (due to its long, narrow size), it certainly is possible to make rolls in one. We actually have a recipe that I'll include right below that uses a 13 inch Pullman pan: Handkerchief Butterflake Herb Rolls
