Hi Patti. What a fun size Pullman pan to bake with! While halving a recipe is a good place to start, we are not entirely sure which recipe you are referring to. Not all recipes will react the same way in these types of pans. The volume of the 4 inch pan you have is slightly less than half that of the 9 inch Pullman pan, so you may find that you need to reduce some recipes a bit more than 50% (perhaps reducing it by 55-60%). We may suggest starting with 250 to 300 grams (8 to 10 ounces) of dough for a pan that size.
