I am loving this pan. Have a question: I first made a traditional pan de mie bread in the pan and it came out looking beautiful. Then tried a multi-grain with buttermilk and honey and though it tastes great, the top crust separated a bit from the loaf. What could cause this? I like “tastes great plus looks professional:)”
