Memories of my first experience with Wheat Bread come to mind. The dough hadn't risen, so I tossed it in our small kitchen waste bin. Well... it had risen so high over-night that the dough pushed the lid up, and it looked like a hat tilted on the side of the head. We laughed until we cried. What a waste. Lesson learned. I'm thinking the lid should fit a bit tightly. ;)
