I am absolutely in love with my 13" pan de mie pan. We go through a lot of bread in my house and it is a more appropriate size for us. Do you have any suggestions for how to convert a recipe for a 9" x 4" pan to the 13" x 4" pan? I would love to use some of my regular recipes, but don't know of a formula for conversion to the larger size. Thank you!
