Hi there, Marissa! A 13 " pan de mie pan can hold a recipe with 5 to 6 cups of flour in it. If a recipe was written for a 9" pan, you should only need to increase it by 30% if you'll be baking it in the large pan de mie pan. We hope hope this helps and happy baking!
