Hi there, I don’t have a Pullman pan (yet) and am considering getting one especially for sandwich bread slices. I was wondering if any bread recipe can be baked in that pan? Do I need to adjust anything? For example your wonderful Pecan Wheat Bread?
Another question is that before buying one, I’d love to see the difference for myself for the crumb and crust, would it be close/similar if I cover my loaf pan when baking (except for the shape that obviously wouldn’t be a perfect square)? Thanks!
