What is the recommended weight of bread dough for the dough to fill up the covered Pullman please? I baked KAF sourdough sandwich bread in a covered pullman. The bread did not fill up the pan fully.And how do you keep the dough from sticking t the lid? I buttered the lid generously but it still tore the top off :0(
