Hi PJ-
I just read through the "There's more to this pan than pain de mie." Terrific info ! Very informative ! I have both the 9 & 13 inch lidded pans.
I am curious, there is a dark bread with walnuts (I believe), pictured between points 5 & 6. The picture is after the cinnamon swirl bread.
The paragraph below leads me to a banana bread (2018 best) recipe, but isn't as dark as the one in your picture.
Please, what is the name of THAT bread?
