Not weird at all, Cathy! If you can bake it in a regular loaf pan, you can bake it in this pan. If the lid is on, expect a tighter crumb structure. No-knead doughs can often be on the sticky side so you may benefit from lining the pan with a parchment paper sling so you can simply lift the finished loaf out of the pan to cool. Happy baking!
