I'm making a bran muffin recipe that does not call for zucchini, but I'd like to add zucchini. The recipe calls for 1/2c boiling water to steep the bran in and 1 c buttermilk. I'd like to add about 1/2c-1c zucchini. By how much would you recommend reducing the liquid in a recipe that doesn't call for zucchini if one wants to add zucchini? Thanks!
