Hi there, Millie. We're sorry to hear that you've been having troubles making gluten-free brownies. This blog article here is a step-by-step tutorial for making our Gluten-Free Brownies from scratch. Most often when baked goods are crumbly, it's because a bit too much flour has snuck its way into the mixing bowl. We recommend either weighing your flour with a kitchen scale or using the fluff and sprinkle technique for measuring in volume. If you're having trouble with our Gluten-Free Brownies Mix, we'd be happy to help. You mentioned in your previous comment that you're using a dark pan which can cause the brownies to over bake — when using a darker pan we recommend lowering the oven temperature by 25°F as it will conduct heat a bit faster, causing the brownies to bake faster than expected. We hope this helps and if we can chat further with you about either this recipe or our mix, please feel free to reach out to our friendly Baker's Hotline folks at 855-371-BAKE (2253).
