Long time baker here, and scones are a specialty of mine. I had high hopes for this recipe, however I was disappointed. The first time in decades that my scones came out gummy in the middle. Also I'm not convinced of the oven temp- the outside cooked so much faster than the inside I was worried that they would burn before finishing (same with the pumpkin ones).I did wonder if using non fat Greek yogurt had an impact - an ingredient mix up I didn't realize until too late. I will try again, but if second results are the same, I will take the roasted peach tip and stick with my ATK scone recipe.
