Bulk ferment- is that the rise after the stretch and fold? At room temp? I see some move to the fridge after a few hours for a longer, slower rise. Which I have yet to see much growth on. I did however after I took it out and let it sit at room temp again for hours.
Also,
How much more rise do you get when doing the 2nd rise in the fridge? I don't see mine move much in that hour or 2 that it calls for near the end. I hope that makes sense.
Also, do you have a recipe or YouTube sourdough recipe/ video??
