Hi Dwight, yes, you can allow the almond sweet bread dough to rise overnight in the refrigerator after an abbreviated (30-45 minutes) rise at room temperature. I think it would be fine to roll the dough out as soon as you take it out of the refrigerator, as working with the dough will help warm it up. Just expect the final shaped rise to take a bit longer because the dough will still be somewhat cool.
