Rye recipe on the "organic" Rye flour bag - followed the directions - mixed all ingredients as stated including the butter because it stated ALL ingredients - my dough - after two and half hours rose maybe double - moved to bake pan as stated and shaped the loaf, let rise again -which wasn't much. Baked - my loaf was 6inches wide, about 10 inches long and only 2 inches tall - Okay - what did I do wrong?
