Thank you Annabelle for your reply. I have found my lovaves barely rising in the fridge. Should I take it out the next day and leave it on the counter to rise or bake it right away and it will rise in the oven? I have tried Maurizio Leo’s brioche sourdough burger buns where in I bulk fermented in the fridge due to the hot weather making the dough tough to handle and the next day shaping the buns and leaving it on the counter to proof and then baking it. I am sorry I have so many questions as I am new to sourdough baking. I will keep experimenting.
