Will this recipe work with 1/2 (or 1/4) less butter? I watched Martin and Arlo eating theirs and seemed to me that it was a bit rich for my breakfast. And Martin stressed it wasn’t everyday fare. But I really love the idea of a egg sandwich for breakfast. Maybe I should consider a roll, instead.
