We're glad you enjoy this recipe, Bobbi! You're welcome to give this recipe a whirl with bread flour but that will make for a less tender biscuit as bread flour has a higher protein content. Bread flour also absorbs more liquid which will require a touch of water or milk to be added to achieve the proper consistency dough. Happy experimenting!
