Thank you - I didn't weigh the ingredients - I was making strawberry rhubarb jam at the same time so just poured flour from a small bag into the measuring cup. I used a competitor brand with less protein - would that be a problem? I figured for tender biscuits I'd want a lower-protein, lower-gluten flour.
