I just made these biscuits and they came out like sad cookies! With just a little bit of raise. Any idea what could have gone wrong? My oven was preheated in advance. I thought that maybe my discard starter wasn't active enough but I read in the comments that it is mainly added for flavor, so it shouldn't be the culprit? What could have been the case?
