You can browse though our recipes calling for high-gluten flour specifically here. The flour can be used in really anything you'd like to have a nice chew to it. If you use it in place of another kind of flour though, you'll want to increase the liquid a bit to account for the higher protein content of high-gluten flour — try adding 2 to 3 teaspoons of additional water per cup of high-gluten flour substituted into a recipe.
