I would like to start making more European style bread. I find that when I am overseas, I have much more tolerance to pastas and breads. I was doing some research and it says they have "Soft wheat" flour. What product do you suggest I buy? Also what product is the most natural in your line up? I would like the least amount of additives or chemicals.
