Hi Susan! Good question. The answer is no, as white whole wheat is, just like regular whole wheat, a 100% whole wheat flour. It's just milled from white wheat berries instead of red wheat berries. White wheat berries create a whole wheat flour that's milder in flavor and lighter in color. So it's interchangeable with whole wheat flour.
