Hi, Chris! We do indeed sell quite a lot of types of flour that were not included in this article! Cake flour, pastry flour, high gluten flour, rye flour and more. This is just a basic article clarifying differences for beginners who may be confused about some of the flours they saw featured in this particular issue of Sift magazine. Happy baking!
