Hi there, Nicki! If it's our Pizza Flour Blend that you have on hand, which has baking powder and inactive yeast in it, we might not recommend using it place of all of the flour in your recipe. You're welcome to give it a go but it'll be an experiment for sure. If it's another kind of blend, you're welcome to experiment but without knowing more about the flour you have it can be tricky to say how things might go.
