I’ve gained confidence in making all butter crusts this year and have also adapted the “oh well” attitude when my crimps lose shape ‘cause it still tastes good! At a get together, I’d rather only people who know the inner beauty of my pie enjoy a slice, let the picture perfect types walk on by ;)
