Hi! I bought a new gas oven last year & I'm having trouble baking my pies. Never had a problem with my electric range. But my pumpkin pies at Thanksgiving didn't get done. Should I bake my pies on the bottom shelf? I think I used the middle rack before. Thanks for any help you can offer me.
