Mary, puff pastry comes in two distinct versions: one that uses yeast, and one that doesn't (pâté feuilletée, the recipe I linked to). I apologize for linking to the non-yeasted version, but the only yeasted version we have online is part of our Danish Pastry recipe, and I didn't want to confuse people. Guess I did anyway!
