I agree that it is a good idea to use several tests to check and see whether or not cake is done. Another thing I have noticed when I cook anything in the oven, when it is done or getting close there is generally some steam coming out when I open the door. If I check on my dish and there isn't any steam yet, I go on to test it in other ways but generally my dish isn't finished. Thanks for another great blog post!
