Hi Nikita! Sorry for any confusion here. We measure one cup of flour to 120 grams, so two cups would come out to around 240 grams. Flour is easily compacted in cups if you are using volume measurements, so a heavier weight would indicated that just a bit too much flour is packed into that cup. As for the sourdough starter, because everyone's starter can be a bit different, we actually have a varying measurement. For one cup of starter, we will use and accept an amount between 227-241 grams.
