Hi Linda! We find that the best way to get these dry ingredients evenly distributed is to make sure that they are no clumps prior to mixing, use a fine sea salt and mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl thoroughly with a whisk prior to adding them to the wet ingredients. Happy baking!
