Wow so nice using under starter. I don’t normally eat pancakes or waffles due to the high carbs but made some as a treat. Used my electric Belgian Waffle Iron and they were amazing. Could see fermentation bubbles in the inside of the waffles and was amazing the chemistry reaction when adding the baking soda and salt as the final mix. Tastes so good baked to a dark crust. Froze the remaining for another treat another day. Thanks for the easy to follow recipe. Oh I used the baker’s powdered buttermilk I keep on hand for baking and it worked great as well.
