The information thst you are giving about homemade vanilla is incorrect. I'm shocked to find that King Arthur Baking Company is giving incorrect info about HOMEMADE VANILLA. The standard for vanilla is 1oz of beans to 8 ounces of alcohol. The one oz of beans is rounded up a little to help with measuring. If you are adding alcohol to already made vanilla, you no longer have vanilla. You've thrown off the ratio and now you have flavored vanilla. You people need to get your ratio information correct
