I was wondering if you could do a follow up on Jessica’s question. Did you receive a photo, what do you think it is?
I also have this fluffy growth coming out of the center of my vanilla beans. It is speckled with the seed and one bean has it in a perfect line all the way down the cut. My beans had no mold to start with and my vodka is 37 % alcohol so I can’t understand what it is. I feel I will have to throw out the batch, but I would like to understand what it could be to help out for next time.
