While beans can last anywhere between 6 months and 2 years when properly stored in a airtight container with as much of the air drawn out of it as possible. Glass is best as plastic can pull some of the flavors and aromas out of the beans. Don't refrigerate or freeze the beans, instead pick a cool dark place where they will avoid any temperature dips or spikes. And above all, have fun with them Cindy! Fresh beans are such a wonderful addition to so many baking adventures.
