Read your question on King Arthur Baking. In home brewing we use StarSan sanitizer. There are several sizes you can get it in. After reading instructions, you mix small amount with 1-5 gallons of tap water and just rinse the bottles in it and let drain. It's a food grade sterilizer and gets down in small crevaces etc. You don't even have to let it dry completly. Can be bought from brewer supply or Amazon. Boiling may break bottles or ruin seals.
