Hi Rochelle, using a food processor, mixer, or blender to combine your ingredients, you'd add 2 tablespoons of molasses for every cup of granulated sugar to create light brown sugar, or 1/4 cup of molasses for every cup to create dark brown sugar. It's best to make it just before you're going to use it rather than making up a big batch ahead of time as it can harden up over time due to moisture. Annabelle@KAF
